bubbasheeko
You are able to delete accounts from WHMCS, but the account is not deleted from WHM/cPanel? Have you been successful with creating accounts in WHMCS and having them appear in WHM/cPanel?
chickendippers
Clicking the delete link in WHMCS won't remove the account from the server. You need to click the "Terminate" module command button first, then remove from WHMCS.
othellotech
For accounting/legal reasons you *probably* dont want to actually *delete* them from WHMCS - just use the cancel/terminate button to cancel the service.
sfosupport
I terminated an account from WHMCS but it seems to be exists on WHM/CPANEL. I really wonder how this happened? Is there any way to remove it permanently from CPANEL and WHMCS as well?
redrat
In that case use WHM to remove it. You should have no difficulties removing it from WHMCS either but, if you still do for some reason, you may need to do it the database itself. It may be advisable for you to open a support ticket if you are having issues.
