Hello, Is there any option to open support ticket using a mail with multiple e mail addresses in cc field?, currently WHCS do not open support ticket if the mail contain more than one email id . Thank you

Hello, We have a issue with cpanel WHCS - cpanel integration. If we suspend a cpanel account using WHCS suspend account option, the whole user file get deleted after the unsupention. Thank you

I terminated an account from WHMCS but it seems to be exists on WHM/CPANEL. I really wonder how this happened? Is there any way to remove it permanently from CPANEL and WHMCS as well?

We are able to delete accounts from whms but not seems to be got deleted from WHM/Cpanel. Please help us with this.
