maxMind riskscore is too high for a real order

Hi,

First of all I have place some blah blah orders and I get the 1.86 and 2.5 score!

After that, I place a real order with an yahoo address and I get 7.5!

Since then, from my IP I got only crazy risk scores for real orders 7.5+ and even 10.

Is maxMind blocking my IP?

 

I'm just testing... there is a test environment at maxMind?

Which country are you in? Do you have it set to block orders from high risk countries?

And, by the way, I was trying today from my office (different IP) and the riskscore was 0.00! We have a business account with the same ISP.

I still believe the maxMind block my IP for too many testing orders.

Do they have a testing environment?

Can you advise which one is the best riskscore?

You should be able to see why it's being blocked within the 'Orders' section of WHMCS. It's probably seeing your IP as an open proxy.

Sure thing! That was happen! My IP was as an open proxy. But this is my static IP at home. So I got confused.

It looks like maxmind auto fix the problem after I sent 2 or 3 like not fraud orders.
