skinning and other presales questions

I have sent this email to WHMCS 3 times in the last month, but I don't seem to be receiving emails from them so i'll try posting here.

Version 4.0 looks very nice by the way.

 

I have some questions.

 

• We use DNP and I understand that WHM does not provision add-ons and this has to be done manually. If there anything else that does not get provisioned by WHM ?

• Do you have any plans to fully support DNP anytime soon and provision add-ons as well

• Ticket system questions:-

o Can it optionally send out email alerts for new tickets and replies? Can this be set on a per user basis

o I am involved with 2 companies and we both want to use the same system, is this possible? Or do we each need to run our own WHM installation

o Could we integrate Kayako support suite instead?

• How easy is it to skin the user interface and shopping cart?

• I see there is a licensing module, can this be used for storing license keys for any software ?

Hi,

* Addons and configurable options are not auto provisioned.

* This is a universal setting, it cannot be controlled per-user.

* You'd need to install WHMCS on something generic like "Support Panel", you could then use a different skin for each company.

* You can use Kayako

* Very easy, with some HTML knowledge and a smattering of Smarty.
