You actually verbally give users their password......

not here and anyone that I catch doing that will be headed for unemployment...

if they cant remember their password then they can

1 use the forgot password link

2 put in a ticket and we will resend the welcome email ( ONLOY to the email address on record )

Being a one man army hosting I guess you would be out of a job

With both your two post being in the negative sense your "Being a one man army hosting I guess you would be out of a job" seems appropriate. At only 34 years old the change is slim that YOU own the company with "9000" customers and MANY small hosting companies is already into business for many years.

Unlike a company like yours WE have a very personal level of contact and support with our clients and maybe that's the reason why we are still around after so long and saw so many "big" companies, clients are only numbers, fail.

has this been added back into the latest release? I can not operate without being able to see the password. Partly due to the fact that netearthone requiest a 7 digit password with numbers and letters in it and opensrs has restrictions as well so i often have to edit the password to register the domain then chagne it back...

I was going to upgrade soon but need to know about this.

thanks

John
