MaRiOsGR
Hello, I'm trying to intergrade kayako tou WHMCS. I'm following the article here http://wiki.whmcs.com/Kayako chich says to find the intergration notes in my kayako installation folder. the notes are: ========================================= WHMCS INTEGRATION HOW TO ========================================= 1) Open integrate/whmcs/modules/support/kayako/integrate.php and change the following line to full absolute path to your Product Installation (SupportSuite/eSupport) define("SWIFTPATH", "/home/path/to/support/"); Examples: define("SWIFTPATH", "/home/company/public_html/support/"); 2) Copy modules directory of package to root directory of your WHMCS Installation 3) Copy the templates directory of package to root directory of your WHMCS Installation 4) In WHMCS admin, navigate to General Configuration > Support and choose Kayako in the Support Module dropdown. 5) Thats it! Your WHMCS Client Area is now replaced with the SupportSuite/eSupport Frontend == When I get to step 3) i get stuck cause I cant find any "templates" directory in my kayako installation.... has anyone done this? any help?
bear
"Copy the templates directory of package to root directory of your WHMCS Installation" From the Wiki: "simply take a look at the /integrate/ folder of your SupportSuite or eSupport download"
