Maybe Matt is to busy spending all his time giving you speedy responses to your sales questions instead of bothering to reply to my 6 months outstanding support ticket. I went 3 months without a reply at one point (yes I have trouble believing it myself) despite constant reminders and multiple tickets being opened not even a reply. Are we dealing with the same company?

I, as many others, have had nothing but excellent service from whmcs, they've responded very quickly to the very few tickets that I've submitted, all where answered in less than an hour.

 

I am sorry, but I find your story very hard to believe.

 

To the OP, I am glad you are happy, and I am sure you will be for years to come.

To the OP, I am glad you are happy, and I am sure you will be for years to come.

 

I am not sure why you are so confident considering you have submitted very few tickets as you say. Like I said I find it hard to believe myself, considering the very few (sales) tickets I opened before that were answered in a very timely manner.

Thanks for the praise. We take providing good support very seriously so it's nice to see happy users! :)

 

It was explained to John but to recap, this specific ticket which had no response for a prolonged time had been flagged to an admin member who was no longer active and therefore it was not being seen by other staff. As soon as he opened a new ticket that others could see referencing the ticket number, we were able to take care of it.

There was/is probably a very good explanation as I personally have never had a delay of more than 24 hours in answering a support ticket.

I'm new to this product. I've had two suppot tickets. One was answered in about 90 minutes and the other in three hours. Both issues were resolved on the first response.

 

So far my (limited) experience has been excellent.

Very un-happy with the support team, my WHMCS is still not up after almost two weeks! I had to send them ftp access info like 3 times. Got an email from them yesterday saying installation done! Yet admin login isnt working. I bet you now they are going to ask me for the ftp info again. BTY I paid them to install it too.

You can also submit a support ticket through your admin panel under help.

However I did this the first time and I have email-piping on.

The reply I didn't see because my system didn't allow unregistered email addresses, so you'd have to check on that under Utilities - Support Ticket Mail Import Log.

It will say: Unregistered Email Address
