I am not sure why you are so confident considering you have submitted very few tickets as you say. Like I said I find it hard to believe myself, considering the very few (sales) tickets I opened before that were answered in a very timely manner. John

Maybe Matt is to busy spending all his time giving you speedy responses to your sales questions instead of bothering to reply to my 6 months outstanding support ticket. I went 3 months without a reply at one point (yes I have trouble believing it myself) despite constant reminders and multiple tickets being opened not even a reply. Are we dealing with the same company? John
