freedombi Posted June 5, 2009 Share Posted June 5, 2009 In the quote, $item["unitprice"] seems to contain the price without currency symbol. $item["total"] contains the total price, including currency symbol and currency type. eg, $item["unitprice"] = '5.00', $item["total"] = "$5.00 USD". $currencysymbol is empty. I can see why the prices would be passed as strings, but I think "unitprice" has a leading space, and "total" has the leading $, which makes it difficult to parse, eg if I want to total them up separately.
