TDub
If a customer places an order for several domains at once, and I accept the order (selecting eNom as the registrar for all of them), shouldn't all the domains be registered with the registrar? In the case I just had only one domain was registered and is active and the others weren't registered and set to pending. Now it looks like i have to manually go register each one. How is this supposed to work in actuality and is there an issue with WHCMS or maybe just the way I approved the order (more likely, I would suppose)? Pima
For us, this automatically registers available domains upon payment receipt. We have a substantial ENOM balance and do not have to "accept" the order to have the registration processed. You might go over your settings in WHMCS
TDub
Thanks. I don't auto-approve domain registrations even after payment until I know for sure the person is legit. eNom will screw you out of your money if you try to file a fraudulent domain order claim after the domain is registered so I don't take chances.
