cregion Posted May 30, 2009 Share Posted May 30, 2009 I have version 3.8.1. I have the 'Show suggested KB articles to a user' ticked. I am testing with a logged in user and created a Ticket with the the words which are present in the KB article that I want to have suggested. However, nothing is suggested. What am I doing wrong?
