Show suggested KB articles to a user does not work

I have version 3.8.1. I have the 'Show suggested KB articles to a user' ticked. I am testing with a logged in user and created a Ticket with the the words which are present in the KB article that I want to have suggested. However, nothing is suggested. What am I doing wrong?

 

Additional Info:

I am using the Boxes template

The KB article is only available to logged in user

I am logged in when I create the ticket
