Chad Posted May 22, 2009 Share Posted May 22, 2009 I have whmcs and essupport (kayako) integration enabled, but there is a problem that confuses clients. When they login, they see the client area page first that shows them open tickets and due invoices area. The kayako integration is not displaying actual open support tickets.
