dansgalaxy
Hey, So my WHMCS keeps trying to suspend one of my accounts even though its all paid up for the next 6 months... why? I changed settings the other day so whmcs worked with my streaming server and woke up to find it had suspended half the account with no reason and had emailed clients who are all paid up and fine telling them their account was suspended!!... Why is it doing this?!
jeffs
Our WHMCS v4.0.1 is doing the same thing. All accounts are paid up, and due dates are correct. I have even disabled automatic suspension within the automated settings panel, but still doing the same.
dansgalaxy
I had to just remove the password on the server to stop all automation I don't know but I have a feeling it might be something like the code to check if accounts paid up is just checking if they have ever been late enough for suspension if that makes sense... idk but needs to be sorted :'(
Lawrence
No problems here. WHMCS isn't trying to suspend accounts unless they are overdue. Could you post the settings you have under Automation Settings (under General Settings).
lysenshi
Check all dates related to the account being suspended. Products/Serivces and Domains Expiry and NextDueDate. sometimes this may happen with expired domains, where the account working in a parked domain.
