cPanel Reseller Accounts without root password

Is there anyway to have reseller accounts automatically setup with WHM/WHMCS/cpanel without having the root password stored in WHMCS?

 

I have tried to use just the remote access key, however it seems to fail while setting up accounts.

I believe you still need the username

either Username and Hash

or Username and Password

The password in servers gets starded out(*********), this is for security and so that other staff or admins can not see the password. Therefor I do not see any reason to use acess keys.
