Not Showing Cpanel Login Details to Client

Hi,

I have one particular product that I don't want the user to see their login details.

The reason for this is it is a managed service and all maintenance is done through our support department.

Is it possible to disable login details from being shown on a per product basis?

OR at the least disable so any 'cpanel' account login details are simply not shown?

Thanks,

This can be done in 2 ways.

1. remove this info from there product info. ie: username and password.

2. edit the New Account Information to remove "Username: {$service_username}, Password: {$service_password}" or make a new email template. Always a good idea to have FTP access different from cpanel logins.

Thanks

Hope I am not hijacking the thread, but is this for security reasons? And, how do you go about creating a separate login for FTP?

FTP logins are normally created via cpanel, webadmin or plesk.

Thanks

Thanks. Does this work even for the main FTP account?

Ah, I guess this is a question of just changing the password for the main FTP account to be different from the cPanel account. Correct?
