kayako integration problem after upgrade

I just upgraded to v4 and instead of overwriting original files, I simply uploaded fresh (renaming old billing folder to billing.old). Upgrade went fine. Now I forget how to re-enable kayako loginshare to integrate esupport.

 

Please explain how to get this going. Naturally esupport/kayako does not show up in the setup > general settings support tab drop down.

 

I found only two folders in the original billing software relating to kayako:

/templates/kayako

/modules/support

 

I copied those over in the new install directory and finally got a "kayako" option in general setup > support drop down module list.

 

However, strange enough when I login as a client in my test account I click "my support" and get this error

 

ERROR: You do not have enough permissions to access this page. Please log in by entering your Email Address and Password.

 

But, if I go back to client home and click "submit a ticket" in the home page area, it works fine and redirects to kayako support system.
