kahless2k
In Version 3.8, I was able to display the client area password on my invoice using $clientsdetails["password"], however after upgrading to version 4, the password area on the pdf invoice is just garbage.. I can still see the client area password in plain text on the client details page though, so the data is there.... Also, when trying to run an invoice batch under version 4, it generates a pdf of a single invoice, not all of the invoices from that range. This a bug, or is it somthing my invoice is doing? I am using the invoice that Juiced was selling a while ago. Andrew

chickendippers
The client area password is now irreversibly encrypted (http://forum.whmcs.com/showthread.php?t=19143 under security). The client area password field now says "enter to change". I can understand why this has been done, however it's going to be a pain to have all our customers enter a security question so we can verify their identity when they phone/live chat instead of just asking them for their password.
othellotech
The client area password is now irreversibly encrypted I can understand why this has been done, however it's going to be a pain Its going to stop us implementing v4 and force writing of our own systems that simply use the same backend DB, as we use the client details for a variety of systems not just WHMCS ...
kahless2k
Ah. Good point - I was looking at the product page when I saw the password. Any ideas about the batch printing though? Andrew
