hypuk
Hi guys I'm a newbie at this and I apologise if the questions have already been answered already. First off I've installed the 15 day trial version of WHMCS and there's no problems. Basicaly my first question is, when setting up a product/service, do I have to have this package already created in my WHM or does WHMCS create the package automaticaly The second question is about the payment gateway configuration, I'm going to be using 2checkout.com again do the products already have to be created there to or does 2checkout.com take the information from the WHMCS I.E the price and product description etc? Sorry if these questions have already been answered but any help would be much appreciated. Thanks Mark
chickendippers
1. The packages must already exist in WHM 2. Don't use 2CO, sorry.

chickendippers
I meant we don't use 2CO, not that you shouldn't use it. Sorry.
McDee
to answer your first question you should either enter the package name exactly as it is in whm or put a new name and set the different values to your likes.

mojowill
you dont have to create products in 2CO, whmcs will simply pass the invoice number and amount over to 2CO for payment, once it is paid it will send a message back to WHMCS to say that invoice: #x has been paid
txkhomes
it does this automatically or do I have to tell 2checkout where whmcs is ??????
