desiguru
This is my first time starting the whole web hosting portal and I have absolute no idea how to integrate WHMCS onto my site. Can someone please help me. I dont want to pay that integration service as it would be relatively expensive for a start up like me.

gingerol
Desiguru, Welcome to WHMCS I'd say, first off follow the advice to look at the Wiki: http://www.wiki.whmcs.com, then thereafter post here issues you have step by step. I believe that since you're going to be working with WHMCS, you're better off knowing how to install it, so that you don't depend on someone else for everything later on. Sure you can pay for the odd mod now and then, but the usual things should be done by you. There are already now many user experiences on this forum. Don't be scared to plunge in. Actually not that difficult, and like I suggest, post your experiences here and many of the nice people here will help you along.
HostBizLng
Desiguru, I am also new to WHMCS and did not have any problems or difficulties with installation nor use. Besides reading the material at http://www.wiki.whmcs.com (which is crucial), I found many flash-video tutorials on how to install and use WHMCS. Flash tutorials actually came very handy to guide me step-by-step with any WHMCS process I was working on. Since I used Hostgator.com to host many of my sites, I used flash tutorials that are readily available at their website, here is the link where you can find flash video tutorials - http://www.hostgator.com/tutorials.shtml (scroll down the page and find WHMCS tutorials.) There are also many other sites that provide flash video tutorials. Very helpful! Sincerely, Serg

zippohosting
I am also looking for a user guide - but for clients. We are looking for something we can place in a knowledge base that will explain some of the basic menu choices and help them navigate around. Many questions about the client area and a user guide would be great. Anyone have one or pieces of one? Thank you.

zippohosting
Thanks - but I was looking for more of a Text Based solution.... Anyone have an idea?
vT16
Are you looking for something text based? Or something free?
zippohosting
Either or.... I looked at the WHMCS wiki and they did not have a user guide for the end user... That is what we are looking for.. So we have been jamming away at populating our Knowledge Base but we rather have a user guide or something we can cut and paste into the knowledge base...
