Adding a Note to a Product or Service

When we create a product or service we need a NOTE field so when someone orders that product or service we have additional that is needed.

 

This information is not anything the customer sees or is even aware of.

 

What we need is when we create a product or service we need to add a NOTE so when someone orders that product or service we can read the note that tells us some critical information about each of our product or services.

 

Remember - we do not want seen by the client in any way.

 

But we need to see it when a order is placed.

Unless you have already seen this and have anything else in mind, this feature is already available and has been for as long as I can remember. It even has its' own tab.

zippo, I stand corrected. I misunderstood your question and was referring to the client notes for some daft reason. I agree with your idea thinking about it. Very useful in fact.

add a custom field put in the text you want, make it only visible to admins
