Phonix
I'm getting this error when trying to download from my downloads section: Access Denied - You must be logged in to download this file But I assure you I am logged in as a client. There's no reason to get this error. Worst thing about it, other clients are able to log in and download it. Any insight?
Operator
have you tried clearing your cookies/cache? that may be causing an issue are you logged in as admin at the time? try logging out of admin and logging in as client and see if you still get the same error
sparky
For the download to work you must have the product set to Active and also check that the order is active and not pending
sonoracomm
I am also getting this same error when I try to download the WHMCS 3.8.2 update. I tried clearing cache/cookies and my WHMCS license shows as 'active'. This also happened just after resetting my password to the WHMCS Client Area. ? FazeWire Web Services
We had this issue, and it was because we set the SSL and the main system URL to different things. For example the system URL was http://whmcs.myhost.com and the SSL was https://secure.myhost.com It must be on the same domain/subdomain. For example the system URL must be http://secure.myhost.com and the SSL must be https://secure.myhost.com Hope that helps...
