Recommended Posts

All i get is blank pages on submitticket.php

I'm having the same problem, KB/Announcements work fine. But submitticket.php gives a blank page. Nothing in the logs either.

Running Plesk 9.2.1 with the latest version of PHP on Apache.

Trying chmod'ing 777 on the cache dir in the Kayako directory.

Your htdocs/public_html might need 755.

That's why we always got blank pages. However, the above are quick, dirty fixes as you're using DSO.

That is possible too.. however, the only time I have ever seen blank pages is due to perms.

Check your error logs/stderr etc. Possibly turn debug/errors on within WHMCS config.

Hi All,

I hope I can help you with these files.

Install the templates in the newest version of Kayako.

Add the css to the style.css of the template you are using in whmcs, at the bottom of your style.css file.

You can change the font I you like.

Regards,

Justin Signer

What does this do?

I have the same proble,

I've set the open_basedir to "none" in both subdomains/vhosts

and changed httpdocs/ (the root folder with the files for each vhost) to 775 and nothing changes, the same errors again and again.

any ideas?

What up Stephanie,

Well we just dropped Kayako a few months ago too , and although WHMCS inhouse support system is not that pretty,. it is certainly more productive.

Ask support to send you the Kayako importer script. It includes news, knowledgebase, and tickets :)

Peace !
