Chinmi
A required parameter had a value that is not correct. Please check and resubmit. This can be ABN numbers etc, I read that but I don't quite understand which paremeters exactly? On the customer profile? or?
chickendippers
Could well be. Depending upon the domain name the registries can be very fussy, for example .uk registrations must have a space between the two parts of a postcode.
Chinmi
I've checked everything, all fields have been filled out correctly. I am trying to register a .com. Perhaps I need to get support from the support team?

Chinmi
My goodness... all this time it was only because I had the nameservers in capital letters. haha, stupidity...
GORF
Not stupidity. There are numerous areas in the directi that choke on CAPITALS and it is not spelled out anywhere. Drove myself nuts when adding domains (.COM instead of .com).
aegisdesign
Could well be. Depending upon the domain name the registries can be very fussy, for example .uk registrations must have a space between the two parts of a postcode. And also with UK registrations it seems that even if the postcode meets the format correctly (eg. AB12 3DE) it also has to exist as a proper postcode. I had a customer who had got their postcode wrong and Directi said it was the wrong format when what they meant was it was a non-existent postcode. Nominet or Directi must be doing some more thorough validation than just checking the format. If you do a lot of .co.uk domain registration the client area signup could help out with some better validation to prevent errors from the registrars.
