Zorro67 Posted April 5, 2009 Share Posted April 5, 2009 (edited) Dont come across this often as most of my clients are on standard price for renewal. however, i have an existing client that has I have given a special price to, which shows correctly $44.95 in the admin backend of his acc. yet when he hits the renew domain option from his client area home page, he is only show the full retail pricing of $77 renewal Is this correct that its not pulling his pre-set price from that field ? Damo Posted April 5, 2009 Share Posted April 5, 2009 We've run into the same issue. I came here to see if there were other reports of it. Our client followed the domain renewal notice, logged in, and clicked the renew button.
