Zeon Posted March 25, 2009 Share Posted March 25, 2009 Hey guys, Just implemented the resellerclub module and have had a problem with the first registration. OK I didn't realize but WHMCS autoamtically sends a domain off for renewal on invoice paid. I had a customer who bought a hosting product and domain name 15 days ago on a net 30 payment schedule (ie they didn't pay anything up front but whmcs generated invoices which were due in 30 days). So I had to manually activate their domain name but that was fine through the module. Anyway they paid today so when I clicked mark paid it automatically re-registers their domain!! So they have paid for 1 year but are now 2 years ahead. How should I set the system up so this doesn't happen again? 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
