dkg
I have looked all over and can't seem to find a place that defines the format of the email sent to admins when a new ticket is opened. I am not talking about the email that goes out to the client but the one that goes to the support person when a ticket is opened or replied to. Is this something that we can change? chickendippers
Admin emails are hard-coded and not changable.
dkg
That's too bad. Maybe this should move to the feature request category
ChrisGooding
This deffinately needs adding to the feature requests, as customising this would be excellent. Especially with regards to filtering the mails once sent through our internal mail server. In additiona it opens up quite a few doors regarding a few tricks
ServWise.com
What a shame, i'm sure it would be dead easy to provide templates for these emails, even file based one's, I would really like to customise some of the admin email templates, e.g. having the links go directly to the associated items rather than just the admin homepage (at which point you have to manually search for the thing, hardly user friendly).
