Email template for new ticket email

I have looked all over and can't seem to find a place that defines the format of the email sent to admins when a new ticket is opened. I am not talking about the email that goes out to the client but the one that goes to the support person when a ticket is opened or replied to.

 

Is this something that we can change?

What a shame, i'm sure it would be dead easy to provide templates for these emails, even file based one's, I would really like to customise some of the admin email templates, e.g. having the links go directly to the associated items rather than just the admin homepage (at which point you have to manually search for the thing, hardly user friendly).
