  1. This isn't a problem with eNom. I tested it and I cannot curl to any https page from my WHMCS server. I can curl https sites from another server. So the problem is with the curl installation on the server your script is running on. Unfortunately enomsync.php is encoded so I cannot place a workaround in it to ignore the problem with the local cert bundle.
  2. This error message kind of indicates a problem on the server your script is running on. Any of you by any chance on an AxisHost server?
  3. I got this last night too. I have not upgraded WHMCS. I think it might be something to do with the cURL installation on the server but not sure. Unfortunately, the php source is encoded so I can't pass on the cURL statement to my sysadmin.

Yeah, I know. Luckily, I have a very friendly customer (my beta tester ) who was willing to put the "untested" system to the test when he needed an SSL

In test mode, the URL is not supplied. I didn't see a valid email with URL until I actually had a live transaction processed.
  6. That's too bad. Maybe this should move to the feature request category
  7. I have looked all over and can't seem to find a place that defines the format of the email sent to admins when a new ticket is opened. I am not talking about the email that goes out to the client but the one that goes to the support person when a ticket is opened or replied to. Is this something that we can change? Dave G.
  8. Yes, I contacted Matt through the helpdesk and he first asked what version number was stored in the database. It was showing 3.8.2 so he then suggested copying the dbconnect.php file again from the 3.8.2 zip file. That worked for me. Can't guarantee this is your problem. Have no idea why my installation had this problem either since I followed the instructions for the update. Hope that helps. Dave G.
  9. I upgraded my whmcs installation to 3.8.2 but I am now getting a screen saying "Down for Maintenance An upgrade is currently in progress... Please come back soon..." even in my admin area. What do I need to do to get back in control of my whmcs site? Dave G.

That template only appears to exist if you have configured a product to use the enomssl module. Dave G.

My "stock" email template didn't even have that. There was nothing in the template where there were supposed to be merge fields. I discovered that when using enomssl in test mode, there is nothing provided for the configuration URL in the email. Not until I tried it in a real transaction did the configuration URL work. I also made that comment in my helpdesk ticket. Dave G.

Yeah, when I reported that my ssl config email template did not contain any merge fields, I was told I probably deleted them accidentally. When I reported the demo itself didn't contain the merge fields either it was blamed on the fact that anyone can go in and modify the template. I was finally given the information on the missing field. It is {$ssl_configuration_link}. Maybe now, they will consider the possibility that a new install of WHMCS in fact has a bug in that this email template is messed up. Enjoy, Dave G.
  13. Yeah, and I'm guessing that in February it won't charge the full monthly price when ordering at the beginning of the month Dave G.
  14. Hi, New to WHMCS (a CE refugee). I setup a service today with pro-rated billing. I told it the monthly price is $34.95. I set the prorate date to 1 and the Charge next month field to 16. When ordering the service today (the 1st of this 31 day month), it generates an invoice for $36.12. In my opinion, it should have invoiced for $34.95 but it decided months are always 30 days long and this month the price of the service needed to be pro-rated up to include the 31st day. Is this a bug or feature Is there something I can do to work around this problem. My customers won't appreciate the upcharge when ordering on the first day of the month.
