Would somebody please be able to explain the process for upgrading/downgrading accounts using WHMCS as I cant for the life of me find an easy method. magga Posted March 16, 2009 Share Posted March 16, 2009 Hi Cameron, When somebody upgrades/downgrades - you have to manually login to Plesk and edit the limits assigned to their account.
