Hi All, After being a cpanel user for many a moon I have just aquired my first Plesk 9 server and loving it. Would somebody please be able to explain the process for upgrading/downgrading accounts using WHMCS as I cant for the life of me find an easy method. Cameron

i dont think it would be appropriate to lock the forum to license owners only as many people will investigate the forum before making a purchase. those who are genuine will generally be happy to sign up to view the member only boards. i was unaware the admin directory could be changed. i mustve missed this point somewhere. I will look into changing this. thanks for the tip

Sadly I am here to report that some members of this forum are using this forum for unsavory purposes. Last night I received about 20 login failure notifications from WHMCS. I was saddened to see that among the usernames that had been attempted was the one that I use on this forum. This means that somebody had got my WHMCS link from another post. I guess this serves as a warning to be be vigilant with your usernames and passwords.

looks like back to the daring boards and a little bit of money to somebody else.

id be happy to go back to non customisable email styles in order to have the outlook 07 emails look pretty once again

Hi All, I have just completed my WHMCS integration into my yet to be released website design. Check it out at https://secure.camosol.com/portal/ It works perfectly in Firefox but seems to have some major issues in IE. Does anybody have any suggestions as to a fix?

i am experiencing exactly the same issue. I have tested a range of clients and all have no issue. It appears limited to Outlook 2007 (not sure about previous versions) Entourage, Outlook Web Access (on exchange server), Windows Live Mail and Round Cube webmail all appear to work fine. Maybe the admin emails are not subject to the new customizable CSS implementation. Is this limited to a few installations or should we declare it a definite bug?

Hi All, I have just upgraded to 3.8.1 and am very happy. I have however noticed that since the upgrade the CSS styling on the emails no longer is applied to emails opened in MS Outlook (2007). Other mail clients are working as normal. Has anybody else experienced this issue or no of a fix?

well i seem to have got the method somewhat working are the dates ever updated? ive managed to successfully renew a domain but had to update the date in whmcs myself. this is somewhat of an inconvenience

Well everybody, now that the Distribute IT module is active and working, does anybody have some tips for success. Due to .au domains having a $0.00 transfer fee and no extra time allocated this poses an issue for us. I have been in conatct with DI and they advised for domains inside 90 days the period needs to be 2 years but ouside the period should be set to 0years. Does anybody know how to do this? Cameron

well i got mine sorted. i tired reuploading but this did not work. in the end i just deleted the intire installation, reuploaded like a new installation and then set to my existing database

well mine also went very well except... MY CLIENT AREA (and order.php) PAGES ARE NOW BLANK! Any ideas? I copied all new templates rather than keeping my old ones.
