additional logins

Personally, I think that would be a nightmare - especially in the area of accountability. Legally, we have 1 person who takes legal ownership and legal responsibility for hosting accounts and activity on a server. If anyone else logs in, they would need restricted permissions as to what they could change / have access to etc. Then you have the problems of clients blaming you for changes made to their account (eg we have that at present when multiple people change control panel passwords without telling the other account holders).

 

If you want other to be able to raise support tickets, they can be added as additional contacts and if you set up email piping, they can raise support tickets on the account by emailing

 

accounts@ yourdomain

support@ yourdomain etc

 

Just my thoughts.
