sloop Posted March 2, 2009 Share Posted March 2, 2009 Hello, I tried the 'auto close tickets' function under Automation settings. However it seems to close *all* tickets regardless of status that have been open after XX hours. I'd like to only auto-close tickets that have been Answered since the others (like In Progress or Customer Reply) we might still be working on - i.e. some issues may take several days to investigate.
