Auto close tickets

Hello,

 

I tried the 'auto close tickets' function under Automation settings. However it seems to close *all* tickets regardless of status that have been open after XX hours.

 

I'd like to only auto-close tickets that have been Answered since the others (like In Progress or Customer Reply) we might still be working on - i.e. some issues may take several days to investigate.

 

Has anyone run into this problem or did I miss an obvious fix?
