domain did not renew, why?

Was the invoice paid?

What does Utilities > Activity Log say?

 

The invoice is not paid. Usually the system will just automatically charge the client at the due date and renew the domain.

 

I do not see any pyament attempts in the gateway log and the activity log just states a email was sent.

 

I have another domain up for renewal today and WHMCS has not attempted to collect payment or renew the domain. The incoive is there and it is set for my payment processor.
