Also having HSP complete in our organisation, we are used to the feature, and it has almost become a must. Can you confirm whether it is able to be set to send the sms ONLY on a set ticket level? Or does it send an sms for every ticket logged? Also, you may want to adjust the original post in this thread, as it states that the plug-in is $5 with unlimited support/updates. I must say that this is not exactly the best way to advertise your company, first you miss-advise on the price, and then you don't even accept the orders when placed!! We still have had no contact from you, or any sign of the order being accepted. We really need this functionality and are becoming quite anxious now. Thank you. Its on the list. You wouldn't believe how much requests for extra functionality I get for this mod. I'm going to do a whole days work on the mod today and try and get most of the list done! 2) Are you still planning the ability to notify upon an order being placed? Thank you. I'm releasing the update this week. I rewrote the code so it now uses action hooks, so no more cron job! and you can choose to be informed about a new order plus many more activities, just make it configurable.
