sloop Posted February 5, 2009 Share Posted February 5, 2009 Hello, I'm interested in integrating WHMCS and Kayako for the purpose of matching up tickets in Kayako with WHMCS customers. For example, I may have 3 tickets in Kayako from different users of a business customer and want to associate them all with the client's billing account in WHMCS so we can later go back and see a ticket history of the client. Is this possible with the current integration option? I'm not as concerned about LoginShare.
