Yes, if you setup it up to run twice a day, your clients will get invoice reminders twice, suspension emails twice, and possibly more errors would occur. If the cron job fails to run on a day, then while invoices will be generated the next day, the invoice reminder emails will not be sent unless the cron runs on the exact day the invoice reminder is due to be sent.
