bear Posted January 21, 2009 Share Posted January 21, 2009 I've had a few cancellations, and just realized that they still exist as pending cancellation requests (I don't automate this). When the product/service that the cancellation was requested for changes to a status of cancelled or terminated, it will move to completed. bear Posted January 22, 2009 Author Share Posted January 22, 2009 I would have thought so, but with these three (the only ones I've had), this did not happen.
