McNultyHosting
I have some remote users getting to a $0.00 view page on their order and I am not sure how they are getting there. I have livezilla and it tracks the pages as follows: http://www.mcnultyhosting.com/ http://support.mcnultyhosting.com/cart.php?gid=8 http://support.mcnultyhosting.com/cart.php?a=add&pid=25 http://support.mcnultyhosting.com/cart.php?a=view I am not sure how they are getting to the view screen without entering domain information or having a plan selected. The view screen show $0.00 with the startover button ready to click on and the checkout button is not highlighted (its dim and cannot be clicked on). It looks like they are using mozilla firefix browser. I have tried this now for over 30 minutes and cannot duplicate it. Can someone help or shed some light on this for me? Any help would be appreciated.
McNultyHosting
The issue isn't with the links I listed. It's how are they getting to the fourth link via the third link and haveing a $0.00 balance. The links above are from a livezilla log....

McNultyHosting
you can get there by clicking "view cart" Did you get it to do it on my site? There is no view cart link on that page. The breadcrumb takes you back to the hosting package choice when it is clicked.
