SilverNodashi
Did you recently update WHMCS? Eitherway, reuploading the Smarty.class.php and the font files would be a good start
noisehosting
Hi SoftDux Thanks for the quick response, but unfortunately that doesnt want to fix the error message. I've reuploaded all the files in admin, includes and libs and it is still not working... Weird, must of been since the latest upgrade a few weeks back... Any more ideas what it might be?
daboolz
Hello, I have the exact same problem. Is this a bug? I'm using WHMCS 3.8.1 Edited January 14, 2009 by daboolz
Matt Wade
Same problem here. I'm guessing this has something do with with the Email CSS Code (from Configuration->General Settings->Mail) and that it is not inserted properly when you do a resend. Can others on version 3.8.1 test this and see if it is just my/our installs or if this is a wider problem?

dmc_ss
Ok I have an issue here with email too. I'm using Outlook 2007 and I know Microsoft have broke HTML rendering in Outlook 07. However that said I think the WHMCS CSS Style function doesn't work correctly. Perhaps the updated sendmessage.php file fixes this however this is the case then that needs to be made clear here in this forum. If I go to resend a message from the Email Message Log, then click on the HTML view button I get the Email CCS Code appear at the top of the HTML source inside <p> tags - this is clearly wrong, and if I sent the message with this it would look very bad to the client. Does the new sendmessage.php fix this error or is something else going wrong? Also does anyone know how to use the HTML Style function within TinyMCE since the drop down doesn't work for me. If I want to apply different styles of the HTML I have to do it manually in the HTML source?
ecohosting
This may be totally off but I had similar problems when creating my French translations for the email messages. I found I was pasting content from word and a lot of that needless and heavy formatting was getting pasted along with the text. After viewing the email's HTML code I saw it. Cleaned it up and that pretty much fixed it for me. It may be some of the more complex HTML tags are tripping up the smarty compiler.
