D9Hosting
I've been having a play around but so far I've not having any luck, here's the scenario. We offer a niche web design service to VERY non-technical clients, we bill them yearly for the web design package and they pay us a lump sum each year. The lump sum includes the support, hosting, domain name and so on, but at present there's no easy way to renew the domain name when the lump sum is paid, we have to manually extend them. Is there an easier way to do things? And having WHMCS bill them for the domain seperately isn't an option, they would much prefer to pay for everything in 1 go rather than having different invoices for each item. (Domain, hosting, support etc.) Any suggestions Cheers, Dan
BobsRe
Just create the package as a hosting package. For your description detail what the package is.
othellotech
have the domain due on the same date as the hosting and other items, put them all in as indidual orders whmcs will put the on the same invoice (as theyre due same date) and you take full advantage of the automation

I'll try it out! Cheers, Dan
