when you logon to your whmcs client area, go to licenses and click on the licesnse number and you can then save the latest release as a zip file and then follow its instructions to upgrade yourself. This does not cost anything to download these zip files to your hard drive. if you are not confident in doing this then you can pay WHMCS the $12.95 to upgrade for you. this is a one time fee that applies to all upgrades, so if you ask them to upgrade 3 times then this will be 3 x $12.95

I already posted that my upgrades/updates has expired. I could not download anymore updates and do it myself.

Hi

When you purchase an owned license you receive 12 months of free upgrades and support from the date of purchase.

After the 12 month period the support and upgrades will expire. You will still be able to use your WHMCS with the latest release prior to the date this service expired.

In order to use a newer version, you will need to extend the support package. Even if having us do the upgrade for you.

I see, it would be great to be able to pay per upgrade instead of the yearly one. Thank you for answering my question.
