demo installation question

I successfully installed the WHMCS demo, and I like it a lot. But I have a few questions...

 

The demo install instructions say I must CHMOD templates_c, but there is not a directory with the name "templates_c". There is only a directory called "templates".

 

For the demo install, I created a new "templates_c" directory. So, am I supposed to have both directories: "templates" and "templates_c"??

You can just create an empty folder called 'templates_c' in your WHMCS root directory and set the permissions - It's just a cache folder.
