Display Problem

My whmcs showed weird display after clicking "order now" button:

 

 

I know the default should be like this:

 

 

But I like the demo display:

 

 

Please tell me how to customize this like demo display? Thank you for any response.

I've seen something like that if there's a missing or duplicated <img> reference somewhere in the template.

If you are wanting to register or transfer a domain then in General Settings Domains tab check

Allow clients to register domains with you

Allow clients to transfer a domain to you

 

Then you will have to setup your registrar settings and your domain pricing
