Austdata
I'm very tired and need some basic advice in really plain English. My web designer has come up with this Basic Sub Page and I need to know what needs to be changed so it can be used to integrate with the WHMCS cart, etc. Cheers, Mike (Who's still up at 5:00AM).
randy
What we did was have the header and footer in thier own files then just included the files in the TPL theme files. I think there is a lot of help on the forums if you search for integration.
Austdata
Thanks Randy, That shouldn't be a problem with the footer. I'm not sure about the header though. My problem, apart from lack of sleep, is I need to pass the information on to the designer who doesn't know what WHMCS is and he lives way over in Perth, WA.
bear
For the record and so there's no further confusion, there is no advertising allowed on the WHMCS forums, anywhere. If you offer to pay, or if you offer to do something *for* pay, that's advertising, and it will be removed.
Austdata
I knew it was something like that, so many forums, so many rules.

I did not see anything like that so I am confused... Thanks Randy,That shouldn't be a problem with the footer. I'm not sure about the header though. My problem, apart from lack of sleep, is I need to pass the information on to the designer who doesn't know what WHMCS is and he lives way over in Perth, WA. Our designer did not know anything about it either, except when I had him design our site I told him I needed a stand alone header, stand alone footer and I would supply the middle content. We then also made a header_secure.php with all the https:// links to images so there would be no security certificate error. It worked out nicely. I would say if yours is not cut up the same, just take the top part of your code and make your own header to include in the tpl files.
bear
@randy: No, there are some posts that were removed for it, and apparently some confusion over why with the members involved. Nothing wrong with your contributions, and I'm sorry for any confusion.

Austdata
Okay, all good now I understand. I sailed just a little to close to the wind for that post to stay afloat. (Hmm, wonder why I've gone all nautical tonight?)
