Module Command Error:

Sorry you may not create any more accounts with the package HostingPackage1

 

This occurs when I go to a clients package and click 'change package' I then get a pop up saying do you want to proceed with this etc, click OK and carries out the command but it then says the above and does not let me downgrade or upgrade?

 

Am I missing a simple tick box anywhere?

My other problem is in regards to the image verification system, for some reason my images are not showing even though they are activated in the CP?

1. Is it a reseller account where the maximun number of account have been reached.

 

2. one possible cause is that GD is not installed on your server.

1. I have no idea but will have to test with live users should the need arise

usually means you do not have a package matching that name on the server. check the name you have for the package in whmcs against the package name in the server.

I had this exact same error last week.

 

I had to get Cpanel support to fix this for me.

 

I turned out to be my package files corrupted in /var/cpanel/packages/
