gwhosting Posted December 4, 2008 Share Posted December 4, 2008 we use email, and also so your aware of it, kayako has something for this, and from what i've red you can use kayako with whmcs very well. We don't use the kayako software because that's the only thing we would use it for, and 90% of the people who work for me use mac computers. They don't want to install windows just to have this feature, so a majority of us use mail. That and kayako has stated that they do not plan to make a mac version anytime soon. If they do, then we might look at it again. If someone does decide to do this, i would hope they would make it at least cross platform.
