nhouck
Is this normal functionality or a bug? A user put in a cancellation request, but actually did want the server, was just confused by the signup process. I manually added the server back, it was deleted during batch processing. I added it back again the next day and set the account back to active, again it was deleted. I finally deleted the cancellation request so I assume this won't happen again, but I was surprised the service was canceled again the second time.
othellotech
if there is a cancellation request, then yes it'll get rid of the product as part of the cron job - to "stop" the cancellation just delete the pending cancel request (as you did)
nhouck
Ok, it seemed like after the cancellation request was processed and put in the processed list that it would not continue to cancel the product but I guess it does so that's ok.
