sparxdes Posted October 8, 2008 Share Posted October 8, 2008 At the moment, It isn't sending out the invoices each month to my clients, I have about 60 clients so it's hard keeping track and have to manually invoice them each. I have set up the recurring price in the products part, and the order is active, it just isn't sending them emails? striddy Posted October 8, 2008 Share Posted October 8, 2008 I have added it to the CRON on cpanel, will this do Check your Configuration > Automation Settings and make any changes you desire. Don't forget to "save changes" at the bottom of the page. This is the first paragraph on the automation settings page. To enable the automation features to run, make sure you set up a cron job to run once per day at the time you want invoices to be sent out and accounts suspended (eg. 9am). 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
