[FIXED] Smarty Error In Ticket Subject

A client just submitted a ticket without a subject, and the subject defaulted to:

 

{none}

 

When replying to the ticket we got the following error:

 

Fatal error: Smarty error: [in emailtpl:emailsubject line 1]: syntax error: unrecognized tag 'none' (Smarty_Compiler.class.php, line 583) in /home/username/public_html/clients/libs/Smarty.class.php on line 1095

 

To workaround the problem, we modified the subject and removed the { } characters.
