Problem submitting a ticket to WHMCS support

Hello,

I cannot submit a ticket to your support, I get the below error:

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /submitticket.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
Apache/1.3.36 Server at support.whmcs.com Port 80

Is anybody else getting this or is it myself?

Matt, nothing is working! None of my emails get a confirmation back to say a ticket has been opened. And I cannot open a ticket as I get an error.

This is not good, I need to get my issue sorted as soon as possible. I cannot post it here as there is sensitive information included within it.

Also why was my last post deleted?

Below is what I get when trying to submit a ticket,

I have tried submitting a ticket in both FF and IE so its not an issue with my browser.

It's Mod_Security that will be blocking your form submission. I'm not seeing any blocked tickets that got sent to our ticket system but not imported. Check you are sending it to the correct address. If it still won't work, as a last resort you can email info@whmcs.com but that will then avoid the ticket system and could be a bit slower than normal in getting a response.
