Johnh, When creating the package make sure to set the Package Type as "Reseller hosting package" then under the "Package Quotas" tab you'll see "Reseller Permissions Edit Reseller Permissions" there you can set the reseller permissions. Regards, HIWD

Hi John, You can't prevent it in the current version but v3 will have an anti-spam feature built in which will stop it if 5 tickets are opened within 5 minutes. 5 is alot better than 15,000!

Hi there, I've had an issue that caused over 15,000 tickets to be opened from an email "postmaster@mdnotes.com". I was wondering if there was a quick way to delete all of these? Thanks Regards, Stephen

Matt, nothing is working! None of my emails get a confirmation back to say a ticket has been opened. And I cannot open a ticket as I get an error. This is not good, I need to get my issue sorted as soon as possible. I cannot post it here as there is sensitive information included within it. Also why was my last post deleted? Below is what I get when trying to submit a ticket, Forbidden You don't have permission to access /submitticket.php on this server. Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Apache/1.3.36 Server at support.whmcs.com Port 80 I have tried submitting a ticket in both FF and IE so its not an issue with my browser.

There is definitively a problem. I have tried on two different browsers and two different computers on different internet connections. I am trying to submit a ticket via http://support.whmcs.com/submitticket.php but when I click submit I get a 403 forbidden error.
